Tenancy Policies
These terms apply to all rental arrangements managed by Budapest Property Solutions. By booking or occupying a property, you agree to the conditions below.
Noise — We have a strict 'no party' policy. Only the tenants staying at the property are permitted to be present. If there is, or is evidence of a party or gathering, this constitutes a breach of the tenancy agreement.
Occupancy
Only the individuals named on the booking are authorised to stay at the property. Unregistered guests are not permitted at any time. The property may not be used for events, gatherings, or commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Noise & Disturbance
Excess noise that disturbs neighbours or other residents is prohibited at all hours. Quiet hours must be observed in accordance with local regulations and building rules. Repeated noise complaints or a single serious incident may result in:
- A formal warning recorded against the tenancy
- Immediate termination of the rental agreement
- Eviction from the property without refund
- Financial penalties to cover damages or administrative costs
Consequences of Violation
Any breach of the no-party policy or occupancy rules may lead to eviction and fines. Budapest Property Solutions reserves the right to retain the security deposit and pursue additional compensation where violations cause financial loss, property damage, or reputational harm.
General Conduct
Tenants are expected to treat the property and its furnishings with care, dispose of waste responsibly, and comply with all building regulations. Smoking is not permitted indoors unless the property is explicitly designated as smoking-friendly.
